Day 2: Cardio X!! Of P90X - Lean

Hey!! :) 

I survived day 2 of P90X - Lean, Cardio X! So, I exercise in my room; because, it's difficult to out of my room. Well, I play the DVD's on my laptop...I like how this program gives me options to silence the music and talking in the DVD. I tested that out and played music on Spotify. I listened to David Guetta mixes while working out to Cardio X and what a difference!! I felt encouraged through the upbeat music to even push through the work outs that were very difficult. I only skipped two segments. Superman/Banana and the Dreya Roll. I just don't have the space right now to do those. I tried it yesterday with Bow to boat, and superman and it was so awkward. I will need to clear out some space. :) 

This morning I woke up super sore! I am even more sore now and I KNOW I am going to feel this in the morning!! 
Listening to my own music in the background actually helped pass the time faster. :) 

So, today, I went to the store because I needed more fruit and other stuff. I shopped super healthy! I bought exotic fruits like honeydew, bananas, regular and one white peach (I have never tried a white peach before!), a couple mangoes, and this weird yellow melon called Golden Dewlicious...or at least I think that's the name of the fruit. Well, I thought I'd give it a try! 
I also bought some whole organic almonds, pistachios, and peanuts. I like salty snacks sometimes and I figured all those are healthy for you vs. buying chips. :) I bought all natural peanut butter...although, I have my doubts. Wal-mart doesn't really have many options for real all natural foods! I'll try it. I don't really care for peanut butter, so that's why I purchased the crunchy kind because I feel like it gives the peanut butter a kick. I purchased organic jam at an amish booth last week, so I plan on some sandwiches on my whole wheat grain bread. :) I purchased yoghurt because especially one's with enzymes in it, it's really good for your urinary tract, I think is what it's called. It's good for something to do with your bladder! It cleans out the system. I purchased skim milk. I don't like whole or 2% milk very much. As an adult I shouldn't be drinking that anyway; skim milk is good for me. Anyway, so I am eating healthier! A lot healthier. :) 
Tonight I tried fresh artichoke for the first time in my life! It's actually really good! <3 
I am guilty, I did buy frozen yoghurt...ha ha. I like to treat myself from time to time and frozen yoghurt is a lot healthier for you anyway! It doesn't have all the additives, preservatives like BHT, red 40 in it like ice cream does. Which is good. I personally LOVE the Cherry chocolate Bordeaux by Blue Bunny. YUMMY! :) 
I ventured out and bought Tofu today! My friend Katrina would be so proud of me. :) I have never tried it! I plan on going online to look at recipes for Tofu, I plan on trying it in my salad! I wonder if I could get Andrew to like it...I am not sure that he's ever tried it! 
~Anyway, since working out in general, I feel more upbeat and happy! I have an anxiety disorder and exercise helps A LOT!! <3 
Tomorrow is day 3 and I think it's Arms and Shoulder, with Ab Ripper X. That's an hour and 16 minutes! It's scary to think of it. Like the Germans say, Ich wolle es schaffe! This means, I will succeed! 
This girl stinks! So, I better get going. For all of you JUST starting! Don't give up. Fight through the being sore and you'll be glad you did. I am! :)
