Hey everyone!!
I attempted Yoga X. It was too difficult for me. I just do not have the strength yet to do most of the poses. I am honestly disappointed in myself; but, I hope within a few weeks I will be able to do Yoga X. I personally think that the creators of P90X should have toned down the difficulty just a tad bit or created a modified version of Yoga X for people that are just starting out.
It is what it is though.
Today has been a busy day for me though and I did get a good work out in this morning. I mowed most of the front lawn and side yard with an electric push mower...I was sweating drops everywhere! So, at least I got a good work out that lasted for 1.5 hours.
I tried Tofu in my salad last night and it was SO GOOD! I didn't do anything special to it.
I purchased the extra firm Tofu.
I ate a white peach for the first time last night as well and it was really delicious!
I also had that yellow melon I was telling you about today for lunch. It tastes similar to honeydew.
I am eating a lot healthier now that Andrew is gone. I don't mean to put it that way; but, it's true. I have learned more about myself since he's been away. I don't consume meat more than twice a week, I eat organic, I try my best naturally to stay away from processed foods...in general I just eat healthier. I think I've gone out to eat 3 times since my husband has been gone.
Anyway, tomorrow is legs and back with AB Ripper X. I will need to find a replacement to Yoga X either permanently throughout the program or until I have the strength to do the segments in Yoga X. Not working out on Thursday evenings is just NOT an option. I am not giving myself an out.
Anyone have any recommendations?
Well tonight is a short post! I still need to take my before pictures. I don't have anyone to take the photos...so I may just wait till my best friend returns from her vacation next week.
I also have to do my measurements! I will post my measurements in a post here! :) The before photos...I don't know...we'll see. I may just post those at the end of my 90 days along with my result photos! :)
Well, I hope all of you have a great night! Thanks for reading. :)
Gina
