I barely made it through this workout! Core Synergistics kicked my trash around! I felt a bit under the weather today and I am sore from last week, which isn't a good combination. Ha ha. Let me tell ya, the saying, "weak in the knees!" That person WAS NOT talking about love...He/she was sore from exercising! Because, that's what I was tonight! (: Weak in the knees.
I made it through the full hour though and I even tried every segment in the workout except for one. The one I didn't try, I don't know what it's called...but, it's in the bonus round toward the end of the workout where you do a push-up and balance your weight on one side and raise your hand..
I even tried prison cell push-ups! I did one. I am so proud of myself!! I am just not ready for those kind of push-ups. I am still doing the girly version push-ups. ;)
I did do superman/banana, bow/boat, and banana tonight though! Even though I have limited space, I made it work. (: My boats and banana's have gotten better..so, that's a good sign that I am building muscle strength in my core. (:
I also worked out my noggin today! My brain is sore; but, she'll thank me later! :)
I started my textbook on Fractions and let's just say, ow! My brain hurts. Information overload. (;
I took the practice test and passed 10/10...so, that's pretty good! I took lots of notes in my reading. I also opened my American History textbook and did a few pages of reading. I still have to finish that homework assignment tonight. I calculated when I should be done with that class. My last exam will be Oct. 12. If I do the reading and assignments everyday and the exams once a week, I will be done by that time.
So, I am having to rearrange my whole schedule to fit this new school schedule. I will have work through October. I just look forward to being done with school for awhile till I start my university studies.
I will get all of my textbooks in a couple of weeks so I can work on more than two classes a month. I am stressed out; but, without exercise I would feel even more stressed on top of anxiety. I look forward to getting my BBL program in the mail this weekend! (:
I am grateful for my husband. He inspires me to soar amongst the other wonderful people in my life! I love you babe! Forever and Always! <3
Since I am feeling under the weather today, I am going to have a light snack. I better get going! I have an early day ahead of me tomorrow and I still have editing, homework, and writing my sweet husband to do.
GOOD JOB to all of you that worked out today/tonight despite being sore and "weak in the knees!" I am proud of you! Keep soaring. (:
