Day 7: X Stretch - P90X Lean

Hello wonderful peeps!

I love Christ Tomlin! He is a Christian singer/songwriter. I listened to his music while doing my relaxing stretch workout through P90X Lean. X Stretch is fairly easy; but, it works you. I didn't really break a sweat though. It was just kind of intense stretching.

I did the full hour! I feel better! I am still sore; but, that's a given since I worked out every day last week. Tomorrow begins week two. :) I am actually kind of looking forward to Core Synergistics tomorrow!

So, I found my photographer that's going to do my pin up session at the end of next month! I know I am a local photographer here as well; but, her name is Angela Michelle Photography! She is talented. :)
I can't wait to coordinate with her. (: This will be her first pin up session and a first for me actually being photographed in a pin up session! It's going to be interesting to be on the other side of the camera lens! :)
I'll get to experience first hand what my clients experience when I photograph them...what a unique opportunity! :D
I have one of my outfits together already. :)
This week I will take my "before" photos. One of my best friends will take them Wednesday. :)
I look forward to taking my one month photos just to see the progress!

I took my first math exam today and got a 95/100! That's an "A" and I am super proud of myself! I know my husband is proud of me as well. Next, I will take an intriquette look into Fractions. I'm the surgeon and Fractions is my patient! I can't wait to explore! (: I am nervous...but, I will do great! I know I will.
I should receive all my textbooks in the next couple of weeks. I am trying to figure out what elective classes I want to take. I am thinking either Chemistry, or advanced math like Trig.
I want to get into the Pre-med program when I start my undergrad studies...so, I am thinking familiarizing myself with what I will need to know when I start the program is good. I don't need to figure it out asap! However, I will need to figure it out by November.
Today, I really missed my husband! While I was exercising, I had memories pop into my head of us exercising together and how we hug all the time! I totally miss that! I started crying in the middle of my workout. That's never happened before! I will hug him EXTRA in his letter tonight as I write him. I will also send a love letter in prayer tonight. I know Heavenly Father will send it. :)
My goals this week:
1. Get to bed by 11:30PM - I am still having a difficult time sleeping. Insomnia sucks.
2. Graduate week 2 of P90X Lean!
3. Be ready to take my second Math Exam by Sunday.
4. Take before photos!
5. Take my measurements!
6. Get better about daily prayer and scripture study! (:

I am going to change, eat something, and write my amazing husband a letter! My friend's husband is battle buddies with my husband. She told me that her husband wrote to her that my husband talks about me all the time! Wonderful things! Her husband said that I sound like an amazing lady! (: That totally made my night! No, it made my week! I definitely appreciated hearing that! He'll get an extra kiss in his letter tonight. :) He's earned it. I smiled ear to ear and teared a little reading that! I even thanked Heavenly Father in my heart. I have a wonderful man. I am so blessed!

Peeps, I want you to know how special you are in the sight of Heavenly Father! He loves you so much! (: His love for us is deeper than the sea. His mercy is never failing and His arms are always stretched out to us! He is our gift and He is my refuge!
I am grateful to be a daughter of God. This helps me be still and feel like all will be alright!

I hope all of you continue on your way to healthy lifestyles this week! Know there are others like you and you are not alone! We are all striving to obtain something great. (:

Tonight, I will have a bowl of Frozen Yoghurt. I have earned it. I was tempted to binge all week...but, I stayed strong. (: It's Sunday night! I am going to give myself one little treat.

Good night!

Gina
